How is FNaF Coded?
Title says everything. Java, C#, etc.?

FNaF was created with Clickteam Fusion 2.5. If you want to know more about it, then this-- http://www.clickteam.com/clickteam-fusion-2-5 -- should give you a good idea of what it is. :)
