Silver Eyes Timeline vs FNAF Timeline
Ok everyone I'd like to start a conversation about the different timelines. now BEFORE you say, 'Oh well Scott said they don't match up so this is stupid.' Think again. Here's his quote:

"The truth is that after a while lore can become so dense that there isn't room for a story anymore. Another truth is that what makes for a good game doesn't necessarily make for a good book. Sometimes a timeline gets so full that the only way to tell a real story is have the story set in a different timeline, an alternate universe, a different location, or perhaps from a vantage point that isn't entirely what it appears to be."

Now, when he says sometimes a timeline gets so full you have to have the story set in a different timeline, AU, location, or vantage point, HE ISN'T SAYING IT'S NOT CONNECTED! It's obviously connected (I won't include spoilers), it's about the animatronics that now have 5 games made about them. He wouldn't write a book that doesn't line up with the story. There would be no point. I believe he is stating that to write a book about the story he can't just make a book set in the same time as the previous story was. Like he said, that doesn't make for a good book. SO, this is stating that they are connected but it had to be written in a different time from the viewpoint of different characters in order to be a "good book."

That being said, the reason I say this is because if the books follow the same earthly timeline, there seems to be an issue. I have concluded that the missing children discussed in the book are from fnaf1 location. Scott describes a hallway leading into an open dinning room, AND in the book the main characters there frightened by someone in the kitchen who knocked over some pots and pans. fnaf2 doesn't have a kitchen area, fnaf1 does. The reason this is an issue is that fnaf1 phone guy refers to the "bite of 87" but according to the book layout of Fazbears Pizza and connecting the dots with the kitchen, fnaf1 took place in 85? Something is missing... Any thoughts?

I want to keep this discussion based on the fact that the games and book COULD line up. I'm not asking IF they do, I'm theorizing about the story and seeing if the chips can fall into place while the games and book are in the same earthly timeline. So lets assume Scott doesn't bend the rules of time and is writing about the same story just with a different viewpoint.
