Yes i am aware that you may already know this
Right click FNaF in steam then press properties, go over to the last tab and press 'Browse local files' (The first one) then right click on the FNaF application click properties and go over to the Compatibility tab in the properties window then check the box labelled 'Run this program as an administrator'
After that close everthing and run FNaF
Or you can try verifying the integrity of the game cache
