FNAF 1 Screen glitch

So i don't know how to word this up and there might be a thread that solved the issue but when i try to play fnaf the screen looks wierd. The title screen and loading screens looks fine but when the game actually starts that when it happens. The best way i can describe it is as if someone took a pane of cheap glass and put in the middle of the screen. The left and right side of the screen are fine but the middle is wierd everything in it field look all wavy and unclip the surrounding areas which its really bothering me if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
