Bizarre visual glitch in FNAF 1 Can anyone help?

"I'm not sure where else to turn, the first FNAF game has a weird display glitch on my PC where the "bowl" effect doesn't fill the whole screen. In other words, the center of the screen has the round, 3D-ish effect while the left and right sides are a flat image. There's a sharp line between 2D and 3D, so it looks pretty awful. Fortunately, it's not a problem in FNAF 2. Here's a screenshot of my issue if you'd like to see for yourself.

Before I start giving tech specs about my PC and all that, has anyone even seen an issue like this before? Any help is much appreciated, and I apologize if this subreddit is the wrong place to be asking for technical help. Thanks everyone!"

I've been looking all over on how to fix this, the same thing is happening to me it's so annoying.
