Bonnie and Chica will always be visible in the door lights, so they're easy to stop, but Foxy and Freddy are trickier. Foxy needs to be monitored from CAM 1C to delay him from rushing at you (once he leaves Pirate Cove, close the left door and quickly flip to 2A to trigger Foxy running, and then back to 1C). Freddy's final stage is E. Hall Corner (CAM 4B) before the office, so if he's in CAM 4B, close the right door every time you check another camera, because you can cam-stall Freddy on 4B. Freddy and Chica can both be in 4B at the same time too, but Chica's graphics have a bigger priority over Freddy's, so if they're both in there, Chica will be shown instead of Freddy. The laughing is a good indication to where he is, too, so pay close attention to Freddy's laughs.
