Five Nights at Freddy's

Five Nights at Freddy's

There's a black screen. That's really all I can say in "title"
So: I have Windows 10. I have checked for all of games to see if they play. They do. The first game does not. It opens up, it is a black screen. I have changed it to 600x480 pixels. I have tried compatibility mode. I have edited my system's display settings- and no matter what I do, when this first game launches- It is a black screen. My system runs in the background, yet I cannot access it. I can't adjust my volume, open my task manager- NOTHING. Now note I do not have a slow PC: I had a gaming platform. I have DirectX9 AND DirectX11 (I use 9 for Sims 3, 11 for Sims 4.) so- I really don't know where to go from this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and when my dad tried doing a Windows Troubleshoot- the game went fullscreen and it was once more stuck in a black screen with absolutely no way out. I've been searching the internet, and he's been searching youtube for fixes, and all I can really say is I'll have to skip out on the first game completely if it continues- to refuse, in all of it's stubborness to work. It is very, very aggravating- I bought a bundle and wanted to play all 5 games- I wanted to start at the beginning, I checked going backwards to make sure all of the games play- UCN, Pizzeria Simulator, Sister Location, 4, 3, and 2. The first game simply does not function properly- there is no sound, and it's an endless black screen. My idiotic self had sat at a black screen for 20 minutes hoping it'd load- it might have been a RAM issue, but the game shouldn't be taking really anything at all- I have a lot of RAM and CPU power. Still, my dilema continues, and I was hoping if anyone knew how to fix this. I have been wanting to play FNaF since it came out (alas I was a warcraft player, still am-) and I'd really, really appreciate any and all help. :steamsad:
