How to get Animatronics to stare at you on stage?

Questions I have on how to achieve this

-What do you do to get them to do this?
-Any tactics to get them to stare at you?
-What chance do you have of them stating at you?

I've experienced this in-game, so it's kinda random, they ALL have to be on stage for this to happen. Freddy will still look at you if he's the only one on stage.
