Any way to skip launcher / splash screen? For Steam Big Picture Mode
I use Steam Big Picture Mode with a gamepad, would like to know if the launcher screen can be skipped, since it doesn't support gamepad for some reason.

You may have moved on from this, but I just got the game today, and had the very same desire skip the launcher once I was done with it. So here is what I did to get it to work:

- Go to the games directory, change the file named Launcher to something like LauncherOld... whatever you want it to be (of course after you've made your changes with the launcher - or just go into the folder and launch this again to make adjustments in the futrure - although after this mod it probably wont launch the game properly because we are going to move some files around).

- Now go into the DATA folder and copy everything in there (or cut so that nothing is left when you are done - I kept my files in here btw)
- Paste everything back into the main directory where the LauncherOld file was
- Change the Odallus.exe to Launcher.exe

that should do it. I've not tested this extensively... but if the game interally calls to the data folder for any reason, i could see this causing issues. However, in my quick test, it launched fine, read the strings from the language folder just fine, and was able to read and write to the save file I had before I made the changes. It's a short game apperently, so if this breaks it, im sure I'll find out sooner than later. I personally wouldn't leave the DATA folder empty for greater compatibilty... but I'm not even sure that matters.

The last step is for the devs... if you're listening. Just officially give us the option in an update. Options are cool.

Even better! Thanks! I tend to instinctively hit A to enter a game... So when that didn't work I didn't even think to try start...

It was fun making it work though...

By the way, I love the game so far! Great job.

Thanks guys, will try this out. Haven't touched the game in a while (I only got passed the first few levels last time I played). Since it should work in big picture mode from the couch, I'll get back to it.

Just bought the game, and came to check this exact thing. Might want to make it a bit more obvious. Also, I think you should be able to mark your game full controller support.

Agreed, full controller support is a great feature, should be made clear for this game.
