What version of windows are you using ? its saying minimum OS is Windows 7 Home premium.

Same with me on Windows 8.1
Has been like this for months but I have just tried reinstalling today and Christmas miracle it worked! No idea why now and not before. I reinstalled it twice last time.

I own this game and it used to work fine for me - my three year old loves it. I just upgraded to win 10 and now it won't load - (all my other steam games work fine...)

Got the same issue, anyone found out how to make it work? I was using Win 8.1 earlier and had no problems, few days ago I switched to Win 10 and the game won't launch. What is interesting - I also have Win 10 on my laptop and the game works over there. Maybe it is some kind of drivers problem?

Nvidia Geforce Driver ver.353,62 Release date: 29/07/2015 That was my problem on Windows 7 Ultimate 64x

It was the Nvidia driver. I just updated the driver to the latest version - 355.82 (31 Aug 15) and the game works again. The July driver update broke the game, but now fixed..

I confirm, with a new patch 355.82 (31 Aug 15), the game runs without problems.

I had the same problem with a Nvidia driver from july... The auto-update Nvidia software was not downloading the last update for some reason... I downloaded the driver directly from the Nvidia web site and installed it. The game seems to work fine now. Thanks for the heads up.
