Blue screen of death
Bought this game for my son. I can run virtually any game but this one refuse to launch properly.
There is a blue screen and I can hear the sound of the intro movie and main page. I tried to run this game in compatibility mode but it didnt help.

Any idea what could be wrong?

have you tried putting excessive amounts of honey inside your CD tray before launching?

Just delete system 32 and it should work fine ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Similar problem here. There's no signal coming to the monitor but I can hear the menu music.
