Right now we're continuing to fix bugs and perform customer service for Magicmaker, while working on our new game, a strategy rpg called Forever and Ever. You can read about it on our blog at http://tastystewdios.blogspot.com/ .
Now that this is done...(god i wish me something that has a spellcrafting even close to magicmaker)
Joho, is there anything happening with the game that was mentionend here? Was looking on the blog but the last text has some age on it.

so few years later...
games kinda dead, and doesnt work on windows 10
Magicmaker is supposed to be able to work on windows 10, if you're having issues please post a thread describing your problem and we can work on resolving it.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1618380/Spellmasons/ Its kinda close i would say, but also very different.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/692850/Bloodstained_Ritual_of_the_Night/ not close but has quite many magic/abilities to get from foes.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2218750/Halls_of_Torment/ yet again not close, but well as of that genre you can modify the abilities you get.
Magicmakers magic crafting system sure is one of its kind, will also keep my eyes open for more.
