Basic Speedrun Guide

I got this off a PS4 trophy guide. I just used it myself and it was enough to get me through the 1 Hour achievement. I don't know if there's a way to chease it by changing your clock or anything, but that seems to be a possibility on other versions of the game.

"If you want to get this legit, just start a new game and blitz through the game following this quick walkthrough:

Upper Planet
Make your way to the boss above the spawn and collect the Power-up, then leave the planet.

Left Planet
Head to the boss located in the bottom-left of the map, collect the Power-up, then leave the planet.

Upper Planet
Head to the very right area, then upwards to find the boss. Collect the Power-up, then leave the planet.

Right Planet
Head all the way right, then downwards to make it to the next boss. Collect the Power-up then leave the planet.

Left Planet
Head to the room shaped like a capital "H" then exit the top left door, working your way to the next boss. Collect the Power-up and leave the planet.

Bottom Planet
Head to the boss, which is at the right side of the map. Collect the Power-up then leave the planet (there are a few collectibles right in your path on this map, grab them if you want).

Right Planet
Head right then under the giant cube enemy that fires huge beams. Make your way to the boss, beat him and finish the warped dimension area. The trophy will pop after shooting the boss in that area, providing you finished in under an hour."
