Changing language annoyance

To change language in this game, I have to manually delete unneeded .wad files in GAME\Languages, without this, the game will be english. The steam language change does not work. This is utterly annoying, as my daughter just speaks german, and a game for children should have an easy way to set language.

Well this game is a wii port. That could be maybe why (and because disney are kinda lazy and greedy nowerdays) Altough thank you I wondered why I couldnt change it.

thank you very much for this comment, czech language wasn't working, instead i had russian and support is playing dead bug... but when i deleted unneded lang files, suddenly it all worked, thank you very much

Now all the texts are missing in my game. I deleted the files in order to start in in German.

... which isn't necessary at all. Changing the language in the properties and re-downloading it did the trick.

Hello,

I have the same problem, but:
when I look into GAME\Languages, I find only English, French and Spanish, but I want it in German, for my little daughter.
I have German language files in Game\Legal, but they seem to be empty. If I copy them into GAME\Languages and delete all the other files, I have only the headline of the main menu in German, but no other texts and no voice.
Does anyone know where to get proper german language files?

The language in the properties was set to German from the start, but the game was still in english.

I had the same problem (I wanted Latin American Spanish), but the game always was in English, I decided to make a solution to this, I created a small tool to change the language easily.
