is there a possibility to save mid-level?

Hi all. Would appreciate any help. When I open the ghame from steam it says it's opening the game, screen flashes black for a second, and then nothing else happens. I've tried opening from destination folder and as an administrator but no luck. Cheers.

I got this for my daughter, and she's extremely frustrated since it requires you to play with a keyboard, while the second player plays with an Xbox controller. The Rapunzel character is stuck with keyboard-only control. This is very bizarre. Why would they allow player 2 to use an xbox controller, but not player 1? There's no option anywhere for it. BLARGH!!!!...

1. Was there any pre-order/limited time/exclusive content? (I also have the same question regarding every Disney/Pixar movie tie-in game, including Up) 2. Is this game identical on all platforms? 3. Is there anything missable or could I revisit any area?
