Apart from that, there are a lot of other solid difficult platformers out there like dustforce, they bleed pixels, celeste, the end is nigh and super meatboy. What those game lack though are the amazing bossfights.
The only 2d game that I have come across that has equally amazing (but very different) bossdesign is Rabi-Ribi, which I highly recommend. That game is incredible and has boatloads of content. The platforming is more about exploring the world than it is about providing a challenge, at least for the most part, but the bosses are top notch, and there are difficulty options that range from completely trivial to borderline impossible.
What I would recommend is getting both one of the hard platformers I mentioned, as well as Rabi-Ribi. That way you have one game for your precision platforming needs and one for amazing bossfights.
Assuming you have not already cleared Vi on demon mode, I also highly recommend doing that. Vi has probably the best difficulty scaling I have seen in a video game.
Not only do different difficulties have different amounts of checkpoints and things hit you for more or less damage and have more or less health depending on the difficulty setting, but a lot of the attacks of enemies and bosses are also changed significantly and some of them also have new attacks.
If all else fails, you can always wait for solgryn's new game called Roah, which he recently said is supposed to release sometime this year (I believe he stated fall 2018 as his new goal).

This one is also good but it's rogue-lite though:
