Game breaks down on prestige 2

Only have 9 batteries and yet 51 oil power plants isn't enough to power those 9 with all the upgrades for that tier. And all the power is connected to hubs.
I didn't have this problem in the previous prestige. And it wants more power plants.

I notices this game was having problems on this prestige when I couldn't build enough ore mines for around 5 widgets. Have 41 ore mines for those but am up to 9 widgets and still it's not enough.

Nothing is being made but power is still being used.

Loading save and autosaves didn't fix it.
Also spinning widgets would drop and be magically replenished without any components.
Reinstalling didn't help.

Edit: Forgot to mention that this is with all the research done for this tier.

Same problem on tier 4 with all upgrades and no logic hubs so no constant power draw.
In prestige 2 you can't use anything that requires a constant power draw as there is no power in the first place. So no Logic hubs.
