Feature Request: Upgrade All Tech button

Can we get an upgrade all tech button for each tier?

It is so easy to miss an upgrade currently, and at higher ascension levels it is tedious.

It's because the Dev made really poor design choices for the colors. The green check on the icons just blend in, and the green glowing for what can be upgraded also just blends in. There's zero contrast and makes it incredibly difficult to see what has been upgraded and what can be upgraded, at a glance. You have to squint and look for closely and carefully. No idea what the Dev was thinking here, or what made them decide to make such poor choices.

If you have perfect eyesight, you will tend to design as if everybody else has perfect eyesight. It just won't cross your mind.

I think I would prefer the Tech you already got to be grayed out. ( Like when you right click on a frame to only see those on the map. )

I kept finding one random tech I missed because when you get too many green checkmarks they start to blend in.
