Glass production “too cold”

I can’t seem to make glass, I keep getting “too cold”, what am i missing here?

max out the heat click a few times, max out the heat again. you get a temperature regulator upgrade pretty quick. each station is a small minigame that is different.

I guess I’m not sure how to increase the heat?
