Clamming

So big problem with the game... when I go clamming, the game messes up and there's no more clams available. What do I do??? I can't continue without all of the clams, but not all of them are available. Wildly annoying.

Do you mean the crabs? Screens open up with more- there's other places to look. But be careful to get the right kind.

I have the same issue, how did you find all the clams? I've been near the lighthouse and on the island finding just 13 clams in total???

I stopped playing for several months, then got back on, and found the rest. I don't know how long you'll have to wait, but I suggest just playing a different game for a while, but checking frequently. Good luck!

There are 3 places to clam, the light house, the place to build sandcastles, and the place you go when you hop on the rocks. Just go back and forth for a bit. I hope I helped.

It's been awhile since I've played, but I think you have to take the kayak out westish to find it. You'll run into a little island and there you can wander around and find quite a bit to help you. Sorry this is late.

Yeah, to find all the clams, you just go back and forth between the beach at the lighthouse, and the secret beach, looking at the holes on the sand. If you can't find any holes on the sand, just wander around to other places for a bit (like the Whale World, or the cafe), then come back to the beaches, and new clam holes will have appeared there.

At the new beach you need to go back and forth climbing over rocks to a small hidden beach to get extra clams. It would be best to map out the safe rocks you can jump on as your character will suffer frequent game overs at this place. I got a dubious award for frequent uses of Second Chance because of this location.

Let me just summarize what everyone has said and add my own two cents:

There are 3 places to search for clams: 1-Lighthouse Beach, 2-Secret beach (message in a bottle coordinates) 3-Sandbar at the secret beach (you need to jump across the rocks).

My main tip: Go to 1 and catch as many as you can, then go back and forth between 2 and 3, Nancy will say "I think I've gotten all the clams here, I should look somewhere else for a while", and go back to the lighthouse.

It's been a while, so I'm not exactly sure. But I think I just gave up on the game for a while (at least a year or two lol) and tried again? Or I gave up on the game long enough that I just started a *new* game, and didn't encounter the glitch that time.

this worked for me, 5 clams at the lighthouse, around 6 more at the secret beach, jump the rocks to the super secret beach for 2 more, then back to secret beach for the last 2 or 3
