need help bought game but its not working
hi i bought Disney Princess: My Fairytail Adventure but the forums for that game dont work so i m posting here. i bought Disney Princess: My Fairytail Adventure and it says its in my steam library but it wont let me install it. what do i do? thank you

I am having the same problem, I bought the princess pack and I'm trying to run Tinkerbell but I keep getting a little pop up window that says preparing to launch but it never does.

Im having major issues..... with princess and fairies also. If i can find a fix I will post it.

Well, I traced it to the exe's of these games. I tried the exes from the retail dvds to load them and it worked, so it is these steam copies that are bunk

Game i was talking about showed up in my library yesterday - finally. All is well. Still not happy with Securom in some of the titles, though.

It doesn't work with me as well. There seems to be a problem with compatibility or something like that. Unfortunatelly Steam doesn't support this game and Disney or the producing company as well. Some of the support links provided by Steam are dead.

If you have problems to start the game, I might have a solution... I also had problems to start the game. I had to change my display settings and now it works!
