been 22 hours since i put my ticket in and still im waiting for the items i paid for :/ was told on discord they are asleep so dont expect reply anytime soon. zero support staff awake during peak hours is very poor.

I've been unable to log into my account I have 20 hours played for 14 hours now on my day off. Quite annoyed.

at the 43 hour make now still not been give the items i paid for XD support in this game must be one of the worst for the amount of money they make.

umm... it is in early Access lol ya have to expect things like this as the game is unfinished and full of bugs ...that is why they havent released the game yet , Early access is design to identify these issues ...there is no evil bond villain here cupping his hands and giving a evil laugh cuz you didnt get what ya paid for ... i am pretty sure they will figure this out quickly and give people what they paid for or the game will die before it even begins !
