Claiming ultimate edition?

Every time I go to claim the rewards from the mail it just says “Duplicate outfit type” and don’t let me claim it. I haven’t claimed anything before and I’m on the right character.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Spending $100 for a $30 game and net getting what I paid for is annoying :(

Basically it goes to the 1st toon you create and not when claimed, only thing that is not account wide is the armor cosmetics, mount and mount armor will be on all toons

If I buy another founders pack, can I get the cosmetics on another character? Because if it automatically goes to the first character I create he already has the cosmetics.

I doubt since its the same account, you can try support but no idea
