Account Linking Issues?
So yesterday the game forced me to use a Netmarble account to play at all after Steam purchase. I played for a decent while, had a great time, sweet! I went to play again today and suddenly it's not asking for a Netmarble account and has instead automatically created a new account via Steam, which obviously means my character data is gone. I can log into the Kingsroad forum and the Netmarble site via my Google account, but trying to link Steam reads an error saying I already have an account using Steam (the ID of which I can see in the options of the game as well).

So my questions are: Am I just screwed until the mobile release? Is anyone else having this issue? Any workarounds?

Yeah very frustrating. If not fixed, then I've lost hours of progress and can't access my early access benefits since they're considered two separate accounts now... hope we get a fix, a way to merge accounts during early access, or even just a login page when the game opens so we can choose which account to use smh.

Yeah I'm giving this game til tomorrow to fix this issue before I refund.
Just had this issue happen to me. I'm submitting a ticket and keeping my fingers crossed. I already paid extra on the first account.

I got disconnected around the same time they said they would make an update. since then im unable to log back in, everytime i enter my netmarble id it says "invalid account".
so my question now is WHERE do you open a ticket?
i still can login on the netmarbe site like you, but the game is not listed there for me, i only see mobile games, even when i try to go from the "official" game of thrones kingsroad netmarble webpage to login and support i end up on a netmarble page that does not list game of thrones kingsroad
obviously i dont get far enough into the game app to report an issue from there :/

What you wrote is exactly what happened to me. I hope they acknowledge and fix it.

same thing happened to me, it sucks. hopefully we get a fix, in now way do i restart this thing

This just happened to me today. I can't even report it because it says on their reporting page that it's not working right now and to check back later.

why i cant refund the game money since the problem from them not me

I know Steam has a 2 hour limit for basic refund, I haven't tried yet because of not being able to play the other account. Did they give you an explanation?
