why cant buy to gift a friend?
no options to buy as a gift for my brother.. is this a pre purchase thing?

Buy one of the founders pack it can be gifted. I gifted to my buddy and my GF so it's eligable

I also don't have the option to gift. Can't buy any of the packs either. It just says N/A where i should see the price. I don't get it...
