Main quest bugged on Assassin alt

I am trying to progress on alt assassin and am at the point in main quest where you speak to Henly the blacksmith in Winterfell, not sure why but no matter what I do the quest does not progress when speaking to him, I only get the regular blacksmith options.

As it is a main story quest there is no cancel quest option so I'm not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated!

Quest is "A cruel but sensible man" and I am on stage 2 but talking to Henly the blacksmith does nothing. I have also gone to the camp where i know the villagers are and that did not help anything.

Try relogging right next to him, and run around him a bit. Think the trigger is just standing near him, not actually interacting with f key.

I have a blacksmith Problem too, but much earlier in game :-(

The main quest for the main character is bugged.

Quest: Faded Glory
Help to rebuild Renan's Rest

I'm supposed to talk to the blacksmith.
During the tutorial that appeared, a game crash occurred.
Now I'm supposed to keep talking to the blacksmith and nothing happens.
I've already used up all the materials and kept making new swords in the hope that the quest will finally be completed.

Further stucked

Can we please get the option to restart the quest?
Or another solution.

just reset your account and do it over again since ur still in the beginning of the game

Thanks for the Idea, but ... that cant be the solution...

I dont trust to get the Pre-Sale Benefits back, 30 Days in Deletion Process...
Can I easly register again? Thats to unsecure and Devs dont react to questions frequently... so its just sit and wait... as many or at least a few others have bugged at mainquest with more chars... so... there must be given a solution...

You can try the weird fix for a different quest on the other thread:
Start a side quest, track it.

Go to where the main quest should trigger, spam F as the popup to change tracking type appears and hope for the best.

Maybe relog at the same time.

I'm assuming u put in a ticket with there support. Not sure if they have GM like powers to fix u, but maybe.

I put in a ticket... still Waiting... they wanted me to upload screenshots...Hard to screenshot that kind of problem...but i send some...hope they are able to read and understand the text I wrote-.-
Its nearly the same as my text above...

PS you can Use the ingame Support in the ingame-options.
A Internet Browser will open. You can submit a ticket There.

Update:
Support finally fixed that Quest Bug for me. Now its Fine.
