Any Visitor signs that are similar to real life conditions?
If they are, you people better be prepared to face accusations of Ableism.

EDIT: But if you are adding in more characters, by all means double down. Make sure to give some red herrings for humans. That'll piss the idiots off. Gamers too, but for a different reason. It would make the game more challenging.

You sound like you make up people to get mad about

Right because wondering if there will be controversy over Visitors possibly having real deformities then suggesting to use that sort of thing as a papers please style mechanic sounds like something a "SJW" would say. I swear, if I wasn't focused on CA, I'd probably make a game like that just to prove my point. Maybe I still could.

I'm a visitor.

I honestly was thinking the same thing, not that this game would upset people, but that characters in this situation could end up being extremely ableist due to suspecting people who don’t look 100% healthy or typical. There’s the doctor who tells us he has polycoria - more than one pupil - and it freaked me out so much I audibly gasped. Turns out, that’s a completely real thing, and it can look the way it does in the game. It also works the opposite way, too; who’s to say a visitor couldn’t wash their hands or even intentionally screw up their teeth, or use eye drops?
Anyway I don’t think people will necessarily be upset by anything in this game, especially since it actually kinda seems the opposite of ableist; just because someone has something different about their appearance doesn’t inherently mean anything.

You sound like someone who loves to create problem scenarios in their own head. While its probably not far fetched, its still a very unhealthy thing to do. Just enjoy media and let them be mad if it should become reality? Why decide to actively concern yourself with what idiots may say or think about something

How is it unhealthy to think that some idiots might accuse the game of abelism, then think Visitors resembling humans with feasible deformities would make the game harder? If this was papers please, would you be saying the same crap then?

I'm not concerning myself with "negativity" I just asked if any of the visitor signs are physically feasible, said that somebody's probably gonna accuse the devs of abelism, then I said it was a good idea for the actual game because it would make things harder.

I read your thing, you dont have to repeat yourself several times. You could have just asked without adding the potential ableism accusations part. Im only saying this because I know how overthinking on potential SJW scenarios isnt a very good thing to do to yourself. But it seems I go it wrong, so all is good right?
