Performance issues?

Hello,

Is anyone having any performance issues with this game? I've been playing for 9-10 hours now and the game has constant stuttering(every 3-10 seconds). and i'm able to find the source of it. It plays just fine on my steam deck which makes me think it's something with my PC. I just factory reset my PC today to try and fix it. When I run other games it seems to be fine with no stuttering or lag. I can run GTA, Witcher 3, etc max settings no issues. Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Things I have tried:
-Setting the app(s) to high performance in Nvidia
-Lowering settings to Lowest possible
-Lowered FPS to 60 limit
-Tried in Windows Mode
-Disabled Auto HDR,Hibernation,Fast Boot
-Disabled Bluetooth(my hearing aids have been known to cause issues)


My specs:
Windows 11-pro x64
AMD ryzen 7 5800x
32gb RAM Corsair veng
GeForce RTX 3070Ti
ROGSTRIX B550-F Gaming Mobo

does the game start to have issue after like 2 or 3 games ? (i found that atfter 5 games every game i launched i had terrible eprformance, input delay and slow mow, turns out i have to restart my pc and its fine for 5 more games (huge memory leak i think ?)

It starts as soon as I boot up the game. I can tell it's lagging/stuttering at the start screen. I will try to play for 10-15 minutes to hope it goes away but it stays the entire time.

I am also having terrible performance issues on my PC. On my steamdeck, the game's been running great, no issues. My pc is having constant chugs, even turning down the settings like OP. It's also been having issues with getting my controller to work (KK3pro, using the dongle). Worth noting I have no problems in other games or programs.

My specs:
Ryzen 9 5900x
ASUS TUF RTX 3080 12GB GAMING OC
MSI X470 GAMING M7 AC (MS-7B77)
32gb DDR4 @ 3600
running off of NVME storage

I've closed and restarted the game a dozen times, each time with varrying levels of stutter, 1% lows in the single digits, controls dropping in and out, etc. I haven't had issues running anything else, hopefully it gets patched soon. What I've played of the game (mostly on steamdeck) I've really enjoyed.

Me to after the 3rd match it does this stuttering thing. Im not sure, but my pc can handle this fine. Im hoping theres a fix. I love the game.

Are you guys on Windows 11? I read that windows 11 is causing some issues with some games. I'm on version the latest version

I'm on Windows 11. I've had no issues with any other game, so it's weird that this one is acting up so badly. I'm really hoping for a patch.

Is there any solution to this? Having the exact same issue, constant stutter every ~10 seconds for about 3 seconds, tried the same stuff as OP, nothing helped. Similar specs as well, just a 4070 instead of 3070..

No solution that I have found. Issue is still happening for me when it shouldn't.

If you're running discord in the background, try disabling the overlay for this game. After some recent updates, the overlay has caused issues in different games.

I experienced the same issue after the recent update, but it was resolved after I updated DirectX to the latest version. You can download it from Microsoft's website, so you might want to give it a try.
