I have gotten all three of the secrets cakes but the third one isn't counting towards the achievement for some reason.

It doesn't look like you can use either chamber select or the dev console. I used chamber select for 2 of the 3, but then the "hard" chambers got locked out. I tried using the dev console to start on the last cake chamber, but the achievement didn't pop because the VA said I cheated. The VA will note if you do something else than what was expected.

Before I figured out the trick to the second cake, the VA noted that I locked myself out of the secret passage during previous tries. So in short: The cakes all have to be done in one sitting if you want the achievement. Chamber select or map select through the dev console aren't allowed.

Though the extra bonus maps will unlock and you will keep them even though you miss out on the 100% achievement for not getting the cakes in one continuous playthrough.

EDIT - Found a post saying chamber select from Chamber 11 is allowed, but you must clear eight consecutive chambers while finding the cakes within three of them.

EDIT 2 - Found another post saying you may save your progress as long as you save/continue with the same progress. So I guess you don't have to do it all in one go, just as long as you don't break your session as you save/load.

EDIT 3- Nevermind on one thing. The VA on the last cake will say the same line regardless whether if you did play it legit or cheated.

ye, i did everything but not in single playthrough, but switching chambers after finishing game. thats fine that didnt get achievement... still found em without any guides and feel good and yummy.
