Now im used to SPA (stil not as good as SH IMO) is you cant just pick a mission to play . to get to do a fav mission you have to grind to it .

That wouldn't be a bad idea, especially if you're wanting to go back and redo stuff with a levelled up squad. Doubt it will happen now... There's always Rogue Mode ")
