DLC not working

Bought this game with all DLC's included three days ago andI'm still unable to access the DLC for Dark Angels, Salamanders, Imperial Fists and Successors from the New Campaign menu. I have tried several tips tha tthe community have given for similar players that reported this same problem.ie. verify cache, uninstall then reinstall, checked dlc tick boxes are enabled, delete C:\Users\Colin\AppData\Roaming\Full Control\SpaceHulkAscension folder to get it replaced and none of this has worked. Has anyone else found a solution to this issue - if so please can you tell me what it is. Many thanks if you do help me.
