I want to know that how can I have all 4 deliverers in the shop? I can only have three of them.

You have to get to a point where you are getting four delivery orders per day. I did two things at once, so I am not sure which worked: a) I upgraded the Delivery Skill in the Skills Menu, and b) I handled my deliveries to improve my overall rating. Once you're getting four deliveries a day, just leave all four delivery men (skinhead, fat one, black guy, and helmet dude) at the front desk with Maya at the front desk. Then interact with Maya.

following up, I think it's the star rating system for delivery: I am up to 4.5 stars in the rating and now doing 6 deliveries a day

yep to get a 4 order and break lina, u need raise the delivery rating but u need a long time
