My flag ingame is just a question mark (?) why is this and how do I fix it

Flags are automatically determined by IP location. They cannot be changed.
As for language, Cubic castles is only available in English at this time.

Sometimes you can see [?] flag if u hide your ip using VPN or Proxy.

yea that happens to me a lot and from my research and test here's what i THINK are the reasons:
accessing your account from an un-official ccg download (not getting hacked but it changes your flag)
low connection
also i know people that have this problem because:(these i didn't test myself)
VPN
celluar data
