But only to met next level, where you have several "leaps of faith" - first one maximum of double jump, where sometimes glitch with being stuck in flying island side saves you from falling, and then three double jumps into green darkness from green bars, each of them is easily ended up with finding yourself telefragged into bar you needed to jump on.
So, these are four deadly double-jumps in a row. Level designers, do you test your levels in a godmode or something? If not, then have anyone except you played these levels? There is no place for mistake, to repeat failed jump, everytime you have to restart level. This is miserable.
But the game has worse problems. Apart from the countless leaps of faith you have to perform that make the game an excersize in trial and error, glitches are everywhere. Every now and then you fall through solid ground for no reason. Animals are suddenly on me when I switch colors. How does this happen? Did this game get tested at all? And what is up with the metal-esque soundtrack? It totally does not fit the game in any way.
But you might come with the argument "But Nidair, this is a free game. You cannot expect anything from it." And why not? Take for example Shift and its sequels.Free games full of jumping puzzles that are way better than this. Color Symphony's developers could have taken their movement mechanics and immediately have a way better game. Once again, Steam accepts junk and presents it as jewelry.
