Anyone else notice the unit's speech is quite similar to C&C?

It seems a lot of the unit speech is either word for word out of the C&C universe or at the very most, one or two words changed? Not only that, but the voices themselves sound real similar too.

Does ISOTX have some old Westwood employees or at the very least, the same person who voiced those units? I wish the majority of the game's data wasn't online or else I'd compare the files myself.
