I really want to map for this game, but the hammer editor is being a pain in my ass. First, it starts with opening Half Life 2 Deathmatch, even though I don't have the game installed, then the game just straight up crashes. I don't even know which game configuration to choose. I have fixed a few things, like maps not appearing in the da/maps folder, and other stuff, but I'm stumped with the other things I need to fix. If some one could help me with this, I would appreciate it....

I have played this game long time ago, and I always play with bots without any problems. But I've noticed now that the more I add bots, the more lagging is the game. So I would like to know how to fix it please.

When I open the game my screen goes completely black, is there a solution?
