Solution follows:
Head east out the Forten Lazure gate and then immediately head south. The white greva is in a cave on a small island near the bottom of the map. You will need to have one of your spellcasters cast Vine Rug to cross the stream to get there. Once in the cave, aggro the white greva and it will chase you outside after a few moments.
Thank you for the build feedback, we'll take that into account with future balancing and ruleset updates! We have a quality of life update planned for character creation where the stats associated with each weapon/skill will glow in the character sheet, so players can at least have an easier time assessing what they'd like to prioritize.
Spell use is something we'll continue to want feedback on, I can understand not wanting to buy booze or actively try to absorb more spirit mid-battle, the volume and potencies of spells is just currently balanced for that. Perhaps spirit can be absorbed automatically on kills after the next big update, as we've made different incentives for tactics in evading and moving your party around and running to collect spirit may be superfluous to that. In any case we'll have spells have scrolls that can be purchased for any uses needed for players who don't use a Pagan.
Just a note for the intercession characters - those dialogue options with the statues will eventually lead to them allowing to enchant for you, there is typically a task involved first - the white greva you're looking for will unlock that option.
And thanks for the heads up on the key not dropping from the robber for the tomb. I think we've had that reported once before but hadn't been able to reproduce it and thought a previous update may have fixed it. We'll continue to try to see what's happening where sometimes items aren't dropping like expected and get a hammer in to ensure it.
Regarding spirit regeneration, resting should give you points back
