1, If you see any orb outlines that you haven't collected it means a u.f.o has come and taken it away. These are timed orbs, some orbs can not be collected unless getting to them really quickly. (I got all with the basic squid)
2, The colour crown on the level select screen indicates the colour squid you used to complete the level.
3, There are hidden levels, don't worry you can't miss them, you will know when there is a hidden level exit when you have collected all the orbs within that level and the island on the level select still still shows a "?" instead of a crown.
4, If you don't know how to collect all of some orbs or how to get to hidden exits, continue the progress of the game, you will unlock different squids that might help. They aren't secret, you will find them easily.
5, Of course any orbs you haven't collected. Then the island on the level select screen will show the number of orbs remaining in that level.
