Will you start in "Trial of Iron" Mode?

I wonder if someone is starting the game in "trial of iron" mode. For myself I am considering playing the game in ironmode. Also I wonder if the game for example "forgives" a death of a partymember and has "options" to replace a dead partymember. Playing in ironmode will definitely rise up the immersion, because every step can be dangerous and a loss can make you sad. What do you think about?
