UWO Aide costs?
From what ive read, an Aide (given that the requirements are met) costs 100k, and then you have to pay the Aide daily when on the sea? Does that mean it will cost me 100k a day on the sea? or is the fee much lower?

It is a one time fee of 100k. Their pay is their total lvl x 5 Ducats. :)
