Game will not launch

Was really looking forward to this, but despite my system being more than enough to run this, and I verified the integrity of the game files, when I hit launch it just says that its launching and then nothing. Any fixes or do I need to refund? I also tried restarting, no dice.

UPDATE: Potential Temporary Solution from their support team.

under settings / system / about / advanced system settings / advanced / performance / data execution prevention is your DEP Settings. Make sure the first option is selected. You should have "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" selected. You may need to reboot after. This worked for me.

let's hope there is a fix soon. Having the same issue and my computer is more than enough per the requirements.

Im having the same issue as the person who previously posted the youtube video. Game looks like it is going to run, that little cloud blinks a few times, and it closes.

bump. having the same issue. Will add that norton was flagging the .exe as suspicious and would not let me launch. I uninstalled the antivirus and that problem went away - then this issue started up.

The Devs think it's an issue with specific processors and they are actively working on it. Most likely, a patch will be sent out soon. Let's sit tight and wait for further updates. - per their support on discord

i feel like it has something to do with the controller launch settings that you cant change it has steam deck and remote play set to always required and you cant manually change them

Welp I hope whatever they do fixes it because I missed these games, and I would love to play them again. These were like classic PC arcade sports games and for as cheap as they were they were still so much fun.

I'm having the same issue. Dell 7520, lots of RAM and SSD space, running WIN 10 PRO.
The game starts in a new window and immediately closes... so the game will not run!
Verified file Integrity: 11 Files, 207.35MB

Seems like a common problem, Happy to wait for a solution...
