Help with Programmer's Keep

For some reason the door to the final boss area of the Programmer's keep won't open Are there conditions for the door to open (e.g. killing all enemies in the are, etc.)? I kill the crusader guarding the area but nothing happens.

You need to kill the Crusaders (those large walker robots), there are two that come out of the wall as you head up either stair case in the large entry room with the fountain, one that guards the main staircase leading to the Programmer's area, and one that comes out of a wall that opens up by one of the rails. Once they're all dead the wall will open up and you can fight the Programmer.
