Has anyone actually beaten this game?

Maybe I was doing something wrong or so but I cannot kill the final boss. I counted 100+ arrow shots I fired before I died somewhere in his second form. There are almost no videos of this game let alone any videos of the final boss or the ending. So has anyone beaten it and am I missing anything?

I've once wrote an achievement-guide, where I also explained the tactic to beat the final boss in this game. Although my language skills in english are a bit limited, I hope that I created an understandable guide.
