Seat Complaints

I have tried folding seats, comfy couches, and everything between. Even restarting the game. Customers will complain non-stop there are no seats. I have over 15 chairs or 5 sofas. They walk to the chair, turn, and get their laundry. No one is sitting. But the complaints roll in. I took carpets out, thinking it was a collision issue. I spaced the chairs out, too. Nothing is working.
