The worst part is that the game is frozen because of this, you can't access the menu, just this floating window and you can't even close the game, having to close it somehow.

I found a solution, I don't know if it will work for everyone, my KWS was linked to the email that appeared as soon as I opened the game, I managed to access the email and remove the KWS then when entering the game it asked to register and everything happened normally.

i remember issue with mails in original game, like it`s not working at all
but I somehow solved problem by playing with settings

I event cant enter settings on my daughters account - Right after starting it ask for parrents mailaddress (mine) and ends.

PS: Still no reply - Feeling scammed, cant event get a refund, cause I used the "gift" option for my daughter account.

having the same issue, i even made them send an email to an account that i just dont use and it still didnt show up aftert half an hour, they just didnt send it to me

Ive waited 24hrs and still no email. refund imminent.
