To clarify Evade directly ties into Seil's attack, the higher Seil's evasion ability compared to the enemy, the higher his critical hit rate. The lower Seil's evasion ability compared to the enemy, the higher the enemy's critical hit rate.
while Judge dictates if Seana's magic will be more random or if she will be able to judge the situation and pick magic that would be more fitting.
