What is best weapon type and class?

Just lose spring game festival so I want to know what is best in each category.

Death zone (last ranged skill) and falcon eye (2nd ranged skill) with venomous weapon (rogue T3 skill) = boss killer. Easy spring game troll kill.

I think death zone doesn't take weapon attack speed into account (could be wrong). So assuming that is true, heavy crossbow is the way to go.

I think a Fighter with a Poleaxe is a good choice. High armor penetration, bleed, weapon force, charge thrust, whirlwind attack. In general, I think weapons with more penetration are better. I like abilities that displace my enemies, e.g. charge thrust, shield bash, kick, etc.

Did you look in the GUIDES section and perhaps see the one about Gladiator Builds that Work? It's a work in progress, but it has at least 1 good Gladiator in it right now.

For duels i have the same experience, my duel championess (lvl20) use polearm/2 hand weapon skills (bardice or how is the weapon called ?) and she is even winning tag matches on her own. But in mass bashing she ain't that good, this is more the place for shield, dual & 2 hand weapons,

In mass bashing bare fist monks are the best. Yes, their damage is bad at first, but they have a lot of stuns and once they get bottom passive for increased damage and armor penetration they become death machines.

Monks are absolutely nothing but CC with Unarmed. It's insane value.

"Martial arts master" makes them not only CC, but also gives them good DPS since every ability except hug smash scales with attack damage, not to mention armor penetration basically rendering all targets naked. "Triple attack" with "martial arts master" works great for big targets since you can't use ability on them.

Eh bows are more of a "consistent dps" so if your archer is not gonna move or run a lot bows are probably better.

Crossbows, especially the heavy ones, are quite slow but once they fire they do a lot of dmg in one shot and stagger almost any humanoid. It's better if your archer is gonna run away from enemies a lot since you can reload while running.
