characters changing form role library to game

I created several characters on the role library. Then when i select them in role library, and even in the beginning of the game, very often the classes change or even the race change. Is there any fix to this?

Try going back into the Role Library and doing a small re-edit, and save. Between some of the Hotfixes, some of the moving parts of the Role Library have shifted. It may be that one of those shifts is affecting your experience, so go in, edit a bit, re-save. And probably close and reopen the game to purge any files in the cache.

Thanks for your answer. The thing is that some characters seems to be ok. But often, as i go back and try to edit, the stats, weapon choice, classes and so on change. The traits are ok, the aspect of the character most of the time is ok. I tried closing a opening the game, but so far no good luck. Ill give it another try. -it seems character got more troubles as i go back and edit them more.

I updated my Role Library last night with Traits and one of the characters I was updating had things go so awry that I just deleted them and made a new base character. There was no rhyme or reason for what happened, and the newly made character did not experience the problems. Dunno what is going on with the code for this to be happening, but obviously there are artifacts remaining when data is supposed to be purged or updated.

Yep. I think im going to wait and see if this is fixed. i have no hurry and creating characters is a big part of the fun for me.

Characters can randomly reset their sliders to the middle. It happens either when switching the selected character in the list (switch to someone else and then back to fix) or when changing clothes.

If you edit previous character and his sliders reset - don't save. Just go back through bottom left button. This way you will save original look on switching characters.

So in conclusion, to avoid this bug you must:
1)First and foremost switch clothes, then editing the rest
2)If you edit character and it happens, just go back without saving. Otherwise changed look will overwrite original one

Yep, more or less my experience. And thanks for the advice!

I have found i can correct this random modifications by changing them and also modifying the name and the appearance at least a little. Otherwise the corrections dissapear.

Currently i think it is the random generation you get when starting the character that is wrongly triggered again. Sometimes it happens just when selecting the character slot.
