Dual Monitor issues still

I can play it just fine however my Girlfriend can not when when any sub window is opened in the game ie options, purchasing upgrades the window is ghost white but see through and the game locked up.

I have gone through and cleaned up video drivers and any other issues that might of caused it there is no service "Nahimic Services" running on her system and never has.
