sniper special bullets

i have found 10 special bullets and am wondering what they do, the black market has a offer for 24k for all of them and i dont know if its worth prolly never knowing what they do. anyone know what makes them special?

Usually they'd be high penetration, or else bonus damage. You can load some into a sniper rifle and see what happens to the dummies in the shooting range area of your bunker without actually expending any of them.
